With over 12 years of content experience, Jazmin is a hybrid creative with an eye for visual aesthetics, passion for the written word, and lust for all things social/digital.
Armed with a bachelor's in advertising design from Lasalle College of the Arts, Jazmin first cut her teeth as a copywriter in the marketing department at Singapore Press Holdings in 2006. While crafting ad copy for clients that run the gamut from lifestyle and retail industries to industrial and government sectors, she honed a taste for editorial stories and landed a journalist role at SPH Magazines in 2009.
For the eight years that followed, she held leadership positions in various youth publications – such as Teenage, Catalog (now defunct) and JUICE Singapore (now defunct) – and bagged a few trade awards along the way.
Standing at the crossroads of digitalisation, she took over a decade's worth of storytelling expertise and applied it to social content goals previously at L'Oreal, and now at Crabtree & Evelyn. Today, she weaves cross-platform marketing content with social outreach strategies to engage influencers and communities, and move consumers further down the sales funnel.
By marrying editorial insights and commercial ROIs, she creates communication strategies with on-brand tonality that serve the customer journey at various touch points. She is currently pursuing her master's in mass communication at Nanyang Technological University.
